Embroidered badges have been the most effective way of attaching a crest, logo or monogram to a garment since the ubiquitous "coat of arms" as displayed by many groups from the aristocracy to local tradesmen were first used. But in those days the work would have been created painstakingly by hand.
Nowadays we have the benefit of fantastically sophisticated machinery that will do the job magnificently in a fraction of the time.
At Picton Sports, we run many such machines ensuring that the standards of work are always the very highest, and turn around times are always rapid.
Also we have thousands of stock designs to chose from that will help when your thinking of creating a new "badge".
We can also draw and design any logo in our purpose built
technical design room.
Multiple Coloured design names or numbers may be cad cut from special heat reactive materials that is then fused to the garment with the aid of a
pressure controlled heat press. The finished effect can be
compared to a screen print but probably much sharper and
certainly more resilient, a great advantage is that set-up costs
are either very low or none at all, since the majority of
designs will be originated directly from the key board in
existing font styles.
We also provide an embroidery
and heat pressing services to workwear contractors, with the
capacity of delivering thousands per week on demand.
